The intensive program will be jam-packed with inner work, relationship building, polar plunges, private hot tubs, gourmet vegan & gluten-free optional cuisine, mindful movement, workshops, and more. Our team of heartfelt facilitators has curated a deeply restorative experience for individuals on the path of self-discovery and personal development.

Nestled at the foot of Red Rocks State Park, in the heart of downtown Morrison, Colorado; our cozy mountain lodge and hot tub cottage resort will fill up fast, get your tickets today!

Day passes are available, to come and go as you please, with gourmet lunch & dinner on Saturday only; without lodging. (Does not include meal offerings for Friday, Sunday or Breakfast Saturday)

Procedures/Methods for transformation include meditation, compassionate inquiry/trauma workshop, activating yoga, breath work, polar plunge, hot tub soak, gourmet vegan/gluten free lunch, grounding Red Rocks hike, love/fear workshop, delectable dinner, elixir mixer with mood enhancing potions, sound bath, cacao, interactive drumming, into ecstatic dance!

Our approach to this weekend is no bullshit, science based, interactive and fun. Our facilitators are life experienced, licensed professional counselors, registered yoga teachers, and licensed massage therapists. Everything is optional, consent is mandatory, and individual support is always available.

Cottages are first come first serve & each accommodate sleeping for two; we require a minimum of two guests per cottage. One of the 8 cottages has two bedrooms. We will also host an integration dinner for subjects to follow up on the hypothesis of transformation.
